Potential Card Fraud
If you believe there is fraud on your card or you would like to dispute a charge for any reason, please call the fraud line at 844-436-1738 with your card in hand. The fraud department cannot order a new card for you, so if you do require a new card please call 401-397-1900 or stop at any branch location to order a new card.

Placing Your OSCU Cards in Travel Status
To set your Ocean State Credit Union Visa® Debit Card in Travel Status call us toll free at 877-397-1900 and select Option 5 then Option 4
To set your Ocean State Credit Union Visa® Credit Card in Travel Status call us toll free at 877-397-1900 and select Option 7
