Telephone Banking
Telephone Banking allows you to manage your accounts privately and conveniently from your home, office, or while traveling. All you need is a touch-tone telephone.
The first time you call, you will be asked to enter your member number and PIN. Your initial PIN is preset to the last four digits of your Social Security number. After entering it, you will be prompted to create a new four-digit PIN that is easy for you to remember. Your changes will take effect immediately.
